Step Rewards is an app that encourages positive rewards to form good habits.
First, confirm the goal you’ve set in Fitbit.com.
Second, decide on a reward. Suggestions: massage, new music, clothing, trip to a beautiful park, etc. Even add food (chocolate!) or a fancy latte. Remember to keep it something do-able. Provide a link to make sure you act on the reward!
Step Rewards will remind you of your goal each day, with push notifications. Sometimes we need a little nudge.
On the 7th day it will help you reward yourself for reaching your goal! So take that reward, you deserve it!
